The Agam Haggadah is a complete Passover Haggadah illustrated by Ya'akov Agam, the Israeli artist celebrated for his optical and kinetic art. Born in Rishon LeZion in 1928, the son of a rabbi and kabbalist, Agam trained at the Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem and made his home in Paris from 1951.
The text appears in both Hebrew and English, with the English translation by Moshe Kohn, and its pages are filled with full color reproductions of Agam's vivid geometric artwork. Published by Gefen in 1993, this softcover edition has 118 pages.
It is a Haggadah to read from at the Seder table and to enjoy as a work of art, Passover after Passover. A lovely gift for art lovers and for families who want a Haggadah that looks like no other. A hardcover edition is also available.
