Amalia Habibian's business is closed, her partner is divorcing her, and her favorite club is also about to close its doors. When she finds out she has cancer she sees it as a sign from heaven and refuses to receive chemotherapy treatments that could save her life. She decides to visit her twin brother Adam who lives in London, and the visit reveals the heartbreaking story of the Habibian family.
