Domestic US Postal Service If your shipping address is in The United States and the books you ordered are available in our US warehouse then you will be offered a choice of USPS Media Mail, as well as UPS shipping services.
International Postal Service If your shipping address is outside the United States and even if your shipping address is in the United States but you ordered books not available in our US warehouse, then your order ships from Jerusalem, Israel and you you will be offered a choice of Israeli postal services;
Fast Mail If your shipping address is in Israel your order will ship by Doar Shelichim courier service with 3-10 day delivery. If your shipping address is outside of Israel small packages under 2kg are shipped by Air Mail with 10-30 day delivery and large packages over 2kg are shipped by EMS with 7-20 day delivery.
Regular Mail If your shipping address is in Israel large orders over 2kg will ship by Doar Shelichim courier service with 3-10 day delivery and small orders under 2kg are shipped by registered local mail with 7-30 day delivery. If your shipping address is outside of Israel your order will ship by registered surface mail with 6-12 week delivery.
Late Delivery and Non-Delivery The above specifications about the various shipping options offered are based on the information provided by the postal service providers involved and are applicable in general. However, once we have dispatched an order and provided postal tracking, then the customer must apply accountability for delivery to the postal service. if your order does not arrive to its destination within the expected time or at all due to a postal services failure, then we will not be responsible to refund shipping costs. Requests for payment refunds or replacement volumes for the books ordered due to postal service delivery failures will be considered on a case by case basis.
