Benjamin Brown is lecturer in the department of Jewish Thought in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His work analyzes Orthodox Judaism from the theological, halakhic and historical perspectives. He has published numerous articles that deal with halakhic jurisprudence, the Musar Movement and the later stages of Hasidism.
