Mrs. Devorah Kigel is a popular speaker and a successful dating and marriage coach who has helped hundreds of women find and marry their husbands. Her clients are a diverse bunch –secular and religious, Ashkenazi and Sephardi, first marriages and second, all ages and backgrounds – and they all feel understood, because Devorah grew up secular and dated in that world, as well as in the religious world that she adopted. She has a large and loyal fan base, and her brand is a unique combination of inspiring yet relatable and nonjudgmental.

She holds her BA in French and women’s studies from Hamilton College and her MA in French from Middlebury College. Mrs. Kigel spent more than two years living in Paris and wrote her master’s thesis on anti-Semitism in France. She then worked for the Anti-Defamation League and Hadassah International before spending a year in Israel in seminary. She has been teaching classes on Judaism for women around the United States since 2001. She lives in Passaic, New Jersey, with her husband and four children.
