Assaf Inbari was born in 1968 on Kibbutz Afikim and lived there till the age of 20. He studied Hebrew and comparative literature at Tel Aviv and Bar-Ilan Universities, and received a Ph.D. Inbari writes extensively for the Hebrew press and publishes essays and short stories in a number of journals.
